FROM THE NORTH
via the M6
At M6 Junction 8, branch left onto the M5 motorway towards The South West, Birmingham (W and S), West Bromwich.
Leave the M5 at Junction 5, then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A38 towards Bromsgrove.
Turn right onto Church Lane and at the end of road, turn left onto Shaw Lane.
Continue along Shaw Lane until you reach the Boat & Railway pub. Turn right onto Westonhall Road – the venue is immediately on your right.
FROM THE SOUTH WEST
via the M5
Leave the M5 at junction 5, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A38 towards Bromsgrove.
At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A38 towards Bromsgrove.
Turn right onto Church Lane and at the end of road, turn left onto Shaw Lane.
Continue along Shaw Lane until you reach the Boat & Railway pub. Turn right onto Westonhall Road – the venue is immediately on your right.
FROM LONDON & SOUTH EAST
via the M40
Join the M42 motorway at the end of the M40.
Leave the M42 at Junction 1, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A38.
Follow signs for the A38 towards Worcester/Droitwich over 4 roundabouts.
Turn left onto Hanbury Road and then right onto Shaw Lane.
Turn left onto Westonhall Road just before the Boat & Railway pub – the venue is immediately on your right.
VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Closest train station is Bromsgrove which is just 3.5 miles from the venue and taxis are available from the station rank or alternatively use the bus…

First Bus: 145 – from Bromsgrove Train station – approx every 30 mins – will get you to Stoke Prior club or running in opp direction from Victoria Square in Droitwich – same bus

Nearest coach station is Redditch at B97 4DU
CAMPING INFO
Camping is included in the price for all weekend ticket holders. Access to the camping site will be available from 12pm Friday 24th May 2024. All ticket holders must vacate the site by 12pm Monday 27th May 2024
CAMPERVAN AND CARAVAN INFO
Campervans are allowed on site but need to be booked via the shop page in advance if electricity hook up is required. The electric hook up comes with a small cost if it’s required and based on a first come first served with payment to be made via the online shop. The campervan price is not including the festival ticket price. If you do not need electric hook up you can bring campers and caravans at no extra cost
TOILET & SHOWER FACILITIES
The venue itself has indoor toilet facilities when the venue is open (11am-1am). There will also be a number of portaloos also on site including disabled access toilets.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is allowed in the campsite. Please note that only alcohol purchased on the premises can be drank inside the main venue. Please DO NOT bring glass bottles with you to the campsite. Please also note this is a family friendly event but still a licensed site, therefore underage drinking is not permitted.
DRUGS POLICY
Breaking Bands Festival hosts a drug free family site. Anyone seen taking or selling drugs anywhere on the site may be asked to leave and their ticket invalidated. They will also not be entitled to a refund. We may also involve the police if we find people violating the law regarding drugs.
CHILDREN
Adult supervision is required for under 14’s at all times. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behavior & safety of their children. Please note that ALL children MUST wear ear protection inside the main venue for their own health and safety. Ear plugs will be provided free of charge for children but we recommend ear defenders for all.
LOCAL COMMUNITY
The site for the festival has surrounding residents. We ask that while on site, you respect the neighbours of the surrounding village. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 12 midnight onsite, outside the venue and across the camping area. Please respect others on site.
BBQS & FIRES
No open fires or BBQ’s allowed on site AT ALL. Camping stoves are allowed.
LINE-UP CHANGES
Tickets are available to purchase and based on the festival not the line-up. We will do everything in our power to keep the line-up of bands the same throughout but in the event a band cancels for any reason, Breaking Bands Festival will not be held responsible. We will do everything to replace the band like for like but you will not be entitled to a refund because of a line-up change.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will not be given for tickets purchased unless the festival is cancelled.
In the unlikely event of the festival being cancelled, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or an offer to transfer ticket to another event. All refunds will be paid via bank transfer (or your ticket outlet) but can take up to 14 days.
COVID UPDATE
In the event of being postponed due to Covid-19, there may be a period of time we will offer refunds. Please be sure to check the website and emails for such updates. If we do have to postpone the event, tickets will be automatically rolled over to the replacement date.
FINAL TERMS
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and/or eject any persons from the site who fail to comply with the rules and/or any person causing a nuisance to others. Anti-Social or violent behaviour will not be tolerated.
The organisers will not accept liability for personal loss, injury or damage to property or vehicles sustained at the show. Items left in tents will be so at the owner’s risk
Purchasing a ticket means that you enter into a contract with Breaking Bands Festival and agree the above terms.
